Kids' Sunday School

We Want Our Kids Live Confidently in Christ and Grow as Faithful Christians! 

We have 3 goals for our kids at Beautiful Savior:
  1. Continued catechesislearning the Bible, its teachings, and applying the faith
  2. Building friendships and a church support system going into high school years
  3. Form habits of regular church attendance, volunteering, and increased ownership as adult members of the congregation

Format: Study and discussion while little ones play

Goals:
  1. kids and moms stay connected to their church family
  2. moms make friends and have church support
  3. kids begin to be comfortable with church
  4. families begin to form faith routines at home
Elementary: PreK- 3rd Grade

Students are engaged with music, bible lesson, & crafts

Goals:
  1. kids feel comfortable with church and connected to their church family
  2. kids have comfort reading the "grown-up" Bible and discussing it
  3. kids form the habit of reading the Bible on their own
  4. kids are comfortable participating with each part of the Divine Service in worship
Intermediate: 4th - 7th Grade

  3. kids have comfort turning to the faith and applying it in their personal challenges
  4. kids have the privilege of serving and volunteering at church with adults
