Don't Worry about A Thing

Don't worry about a thing! Jesus contrasts the world's anxious view with God's loving reign. Jesus's command not to worry is rooted in God's "good pleasure" to give His kingdom to His people. Our salvation is not based on our works but on God's joyous provision, which is more reliable than our worries. By receiving God's Word and forgiveness, and participating in the church community, we can live without worry, trusting that our Father knows our needs and reigns over all things.
